Our Story
Simpli-Magic started in 1985 with a simple idea: the cleaning supplies and household goods that businesses and families depend on every day shouldn’t cost a fortune, and shouldn’t require a middleman. For more than 40 years, we’ve been building a company that does both jobs at once — manufacturing high-quality everyday essentials and selling them direct to the people who actually use them.
We’re proudly family-owned, and we’ve grown the business one customer at a time, by doing what we said we’d do.
What Makes Us Different
There are plenty of places to buy towels, mops, trash cans, and cleaning supplies online. Most of them are resellers — companies that buy from a manufacturer overseas, mark up the price, and ship to you. We’re different in three specific ways:
We Own Our Plants
Simpli-Magic operates its own manufacturing facilities with capabilities across three material categories: cotton (towels, cloths, moving blankets), steel (trash cans, ladders, janitorial carts), and plastic (buckets, containers, cleaning equipment). We control quality at the source. When something needs to change, we change it — we’re not waiting on a supplier on the other side of the world.
Bicoastal Shipping
Most online sellers ship from a single warehouse, which means customers on the wrong coast wait days longer. We ship from warehouses on both coasts, so your order leaves from the location closest to you. Most in-stock orders go out within 1–2 business days, and free 2-day shipping is available on qualifying orders within the continental US. For business customers running on tight reorder cycles, that reliability is the whole game.
Manufacturer-Direct Pricing
Because we make the products and ship them ourselves, we cut out the layers of markup that most online sellers depend on. You get factory-direct pricing without sacrificing quality, customer service, or shipping speed.
