Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

The Clean Store ships to the contiguous United States only. We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, unless special circumstances are previously approved. Online orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12:00pm PST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed Friday will begin processing the following Monday. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to processed before it is shipped. We do not ship to PO, FPO and AFO address. For the purpose of security and fraud prevention we require that shipping address must match billing address. Standard delivery arrives in 5- 7 business days. We provide free shipping on all orders $100 or more. Expedited delivery is available at additional charge during checkout.

Tracking Delivery

You will receive an email containing the tracking number after the order is dispatched. Please visit fedex.com to check the current status of your shipment. You can also find the tracking number in your order history panel in your account when you login.

RETURN & EXCHANGES:
